The following steps are to be followed if a student seeks transfer from one
Kidzee Center to another.
1. The parent would first have to check out for the availability of
admission at the destination center.
2. The parent would be required to fill up the “Transfer Form” and the
counterfoil attached to the transfer form to the destination centre.The
transfer form needs to be approved from the destination center after
checking the availability at the destination center.
3. After approval, the parent would be required to submit the “Transfer
Form” and the counterfoil attached to the transfer form and hand it over to
the originating center, along with a DD of Rs. 100/- as “Transfer Processing
Charges” in favour of "Zee Interactive Learning Systems Limited -Kidzee
account" (ZILS).
4. The transfer form would be available with the destination center as it is
available on MIS and the form needs to be downloaded-LINK.
5. The Parent will also have to furnish the documentary proof for the reason
of such transfer. (Transfer cases would not be entertained / encouraged
without a genuine reason)
6. Once the transfer form is handed over to the originating center, the
center would approve the transfer by signing and putting the seal of the
centre and give the details of the financial adjustments that it would have
to undertake with the destination center.
7. The counterfoil and the DD of Rs 100/- along with the documentary proof
for the reason of transfer must be sent to ZILS for record and necessary
actions.
8. The originating center would then issue a Demand Draft in favour of the
destination center and make the necessary arrangements to get it delivered
to the destination center. The originating center would also have to send a
photocopy of the Student’s Application form and the original Assessment
sheet / Report card to the destination center.
9. The Parent would then collect the copy of the transfer form and take it
to the destination center to get the transfer done.
10. The entire process would be carried out between the originating centre
franchisee and destination centre franchisee and / or the franchisee and the
parent. |
